Due to items being personalized/customized, there are NO REFUNDS nor EXCHANGES.
Understand that all items are made by hand and may have small imperfections (ex. specs of glitter on non-glitter items); although unavoidable, we strive to make your ensure your order is perfect.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at craftqueendee@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In some cases the item would need to be shipped back to CraftDee Kre8tionz within a week from the delivery date and a replacement may be sent; This is also case by case.
