Shipping policy

All orders are processed/created within 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Once an order is placed you should receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped/or is processed. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours after receiving shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to become available. 

Local pickup is free and available for all orders. If you are in the Houston, Texas area and would like to pickup your order please alert us via email, at checkout, or utilize the messenger app located on the bottom right of the page. 

Pickup is avalible every Thursday between 5PM -7Pm. Pickup location will be provided via email once order is placed and processed. (Pickup location is on the North side of Houston near the Willowbrook area.)

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at craftqueendee@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
